Commercial Curb Appeal

Not all damages to a property are on the inside. Sometimes we are called out to clean up on the outside as well. This was the case with the pictures above. Something, an unknown substance was dumped on the sidewalk and in this companies rock bed along the outside of their building. Not only was the smell unpleasant but it also made the outside of the building look unappealing. The property management company gave us a call and asked if it would be something that we could take care of. Being that they were not sure what the substance was  they were hesitant to try to clean it up themselves. We cleaned up the area and disposed of the materials and put in new rock in the rock beds.
