This was what happens when you have a moisture issue in your basement. This homeowner had purchased his home a few years earlier. One of the selling points was a rec room in the basement. It not only added to the square footage of the homes livable space it also was a great hangout space for his kids, that was until he noticed some mold starting around the baseboards.
