SERVPRO of Toledo Southwest has an 8:00 am employee meeting every day to discuss the day's plans.  Work assignments are digitally displayed for the crews each morning.  Once the crews receive their assignments, they confirm their vehicles are properly stock and ready for what lays ahead.  Using the proper crews, vehicles and equipment is key for productivity on each job.  This “One Team” approach works for our fire and water mitigation, reconstruction, cleaning and moving teams.  If you have something that works then stick with it.
