Mold In Your Maumee Basement

This Basement in Maumee Ohio was flooded due to a drain backup. SERVPRO of Southwest Toledo was called out to do the clean up. As you can see the bottom of the paneling is very warped and needed to come out. After removing the paneling it was evident that there has been a moisture issue in the basement for a while. We pulled all wet materials including furring strips behind paneling, remediated the mold and sanitized and dried the basement. The customer decided to not have paneling put back up but went with a paint on the walls as well as an epoxy floor. She was very happy with her new look and she could breath easier knowing her home had been done by professionals.
