University Housing Water Damage

This student housing complex had a water damage that occurred in an upper unit of the building due to a broken pipe. The Apartment below had water sitting in the ceiling and running down inside the walls. In order to dry out the apartment we had to remove the ceiling and the insulation. We were able to dry out both apartments and have them cleaned up and ready for reconstruction within 3 days.
