200 Year old School House

One thing about being in this business is we get to see some really cool homes. This home was a 200 year old schoolhouse that had been restored and turned into a home. The homeowners were meticulous in their restoration, preserving and restoring much of the buildings original features. Naturally some things were updated and added for convenience. But along with modern conveniences, sometimes there can be malfunctions. They sadly had a dishwasher line dripping and over time had caused a mold issue. We were there to help and were able to put up a barrier to prevent the mold from traveling any further and remediate the mold and dry out the home. The homeowner, though they did not have use of their kitchen for a couple of weeks, was very happy that the mold was gone and their home was dry.
